50 Orange Street

Alterations and addition to a derelict 19th Century Cape Town townhouse transformed the property into an inner-city heritage status restaurant with a street-side enclosed garden for outside dining. A spacious new kitchen and services component was discretely attached to the old house, while the garden with its old boundary wall was revived and the signature towering Canary palm retained to still mark the entry to this small haven on Orange Street.
