Situated off historic Long Street in central Cape Town, the new mezzanine-level and ground floor reception areas for BTKM, a well-known quantity surveying company, were introduced in the mid-1990’s. The original Victorian-era hall has been retained and the new structures introduced with minimal presence through the careful balancing of and orientation of transparent and slender elements.
